Meet the Team

Warmond Fang

Founder/Chief Strategist

Warmond is the founder of Mission Success. He has pursued higher education in two continents and brings a global perspective in education and career planning. He is highly knowledgeable about higher education systems across the world epsecially North America. He continues to upgrade his knowledge in higher education being a current candidate at UC Berkeley's College Advising and Career Planning Program and has previously completed the College Advising Program at Teacher's College, Columbia University. He serves as the Chief Strategist at Mission Success working with the other team members to put together a comprehensive strategy to help students achieve the best outcome possible. He's helped students with undergraduate and graduate applications in engineering, law, medicine, MBA and beyond. Warmond is trilingual being fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is culturally equipped to work with students not only in North America but around the world. His passion and knowledge in higher education is the driving force behind the success of our clients. Outside of education consulting, Warmond is a full time dedicated father to a lovely daughter. He runs the parenting blog the "Taichi Dad" (www.taichidad.com) which chronicles his adventures with his daughter as well as writing about his cultural and philosphical ideas on parenting. He has been a dedicated practitioner of martial arts having studied Taekwondo in his youth and a further 20 years in Chen Style Tai Chi.
